　　彩鋼板是有基板和彩色的腹膜或者鍍層構(gòu)成的。我們得考慮基板和腹膜鍍層的厚度，比較好的彩鋼板基板是0.02~0.05mm，覆膜或者涂層厚度往往只有0.15mm以下。因?yàn)閺挠绊懖输摪宓氖褂脮r(shí)間來(lái)看，基板的厚度是很重要的。而有些生產(chǎn)彩鋼板的廠家往往在基板及彩鋼板涂層或覆膜上做手腳，他們降低基板的厚度，但是增加腹膜的厚度來(lái)降低彩鋼板的生產(chǎn)成本，這就大大降低了彩鋼板的使用壽命了。

　　Color steel plate is composed of a substrate and colored peritoneum or coating. We first need to consider the thickness of the substrate and peritoneal coating. A good color steel plate substrate is 0.02~0.05mm, while the thickness of the film or coating is often only below 0.15mm. 　　拿到一塊彩鋼板，我先觀察彩鋼板外露鋼材如斷面等是否結(jié)晶細(xì)密，是否發(fā)灰、發(fā)暗和雜質(zhì)。若切面是結(jié)晶細(xì)密型的則是質(zhì)量比較優(yōu)越的。

　　After receiving a color steel plate, I first observe whether the exposed steel of the color steel plate, such as the cross-section, is finely crystallized, whether it is gray, dark, and has impurities. If the cut surface is crystalline and fine, it is of superior quality.

　　用手指或用硬物敲擊彩鋼板，彩鋼板的材質(zhì)如果較差，則發(fā)出來(lái)的聲音是悶的，金屬聲音不明顯，材質(zhì)較好的彩鋼板金屬聲音是比較響亮、清脆的。

　　是否有相關(guān)部門(mén)的檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。如果有可能的話(huà)盡量去彩鋼板的生產(chǎn)廠家實(shí)地考察?？纯雌髽I(yè)的環(huán)境怎么樣，是否正規(guī)。市場(chǎng)上打聽(tīng)一下這個(gè)企業(yè)的口碑怎么樣。

　　Are there inspection standards from relevant departments. If possible, try to visit the manufacturer of color steel plates for on-site inspection. Check the environment of the enterprise and whether it is formal. Inquire about the reputation of this company in the market.
