1、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)耐熱不耐火
1. Steel structure is heat-resistant but not fire-resistant
當(dāng)溫度在150℃以下時,鋼材性質(zhì)變化很小。因而鋼結(jié)構(gòu)適用于熱車間,但結(jié)構(gòu)表面受150℃左右的熱輻射時,要采用隔熱板加以保護。溫度在300℃ -400℃時.鋼材強度和彈性模量均下降,溫度在600℃左右時,鋼材的強度趨于零。在有特殊防火需求的建筑中,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)必須采用耐火材料加以保護以提高耐火等級。
When the temperature is below 150 ℃, the properties of the steel change very little. Therefore, steel structures are suitable for hot workshops, but when the surface of the structure is exposed to thermal radiation of around 150 ℃, insulation panels should be used for protection. 特別是在潮濕和腐蝕性介質(zhì)的環(huán)境中,容易銹蝕。一般鋼結(jié)構(gòu)要除銹、鍍鋅或涂料,且要定期維護。對處于海水中的海洋平臺結(jié)構(gòu),需采用“鋅塊陽極保護”等特殊措施予以防腐蝕。

3、材料強度高,自身重量輕

鋼結(jié)構(gòu)使用的鋼材強度較高,彈性模量也高。與混凝土和木材相比,其密度與屈服強度的比值相對較低,因而在同樣受力條件下鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)件截面小,自重輕,便于運輸和安裝,適于跨度大,高度高,承載重的結(jié)構(gòu)。
The steel used in steel structures has high strength and elastic modulus. Compared with concrete and wood, the ratio of density to yield strength is relatively low. Therefore, under the same stress conditions, steel structures have smaller cross-sections, lighter self weight, are easy to transport and install, and are suitable for structures with large spans, high heights, and heavy loads.
4、鋼材韌性,塑性好,材質(zhì)均勻,結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性高

適于承受沖擊和動力荷載,具有良好的抗震性能。鋼材內(nèi)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)均勻,近于各向同性勻質(zhì)體。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的實際工作性能比較符合計算理論。所以鋼結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性高。
