當(dāng)溫度在150℃以下時，鋼材性質(zhì)變化很小。因而鋼結(jié)構(gòu)適用于熱車間，但結(jié)構(gòu)表面受150℃左右的熱輻射時，要采用隔熱板加以保護。溫度在300℃ -400℃時.鋼材強度和彈性模量均下降，溫度在600℃左右時，鋼材的強度趨于零。在有特殊防火需求的建筑中，鋼結(jié)構(gòu)必須采用耐火材料加以保護以提高耐火等級。
