一、場(chǎng)地核實(shí)??

　　在潔凈地面上初次處理之后，設(shè)備定位

　　按設(shè)備定位、設(shè)計(jì)圖紙對(duì)隔墻放線定位

　　確定現(xiàn)場(chǎng)尺寸是否與圖紙尺寸、

　　設(shè)備位置有相沖突的地方；

　　對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)地面的水平進(jìn)行核實(shí)

　　是否有必要對(duì)彩鋼板墻體底部整體校平

　　二、安裝要求

　　2、 Installation requirements

　　（1）槽鋁固定固定槽鋁前必須先放線定位

　　(1) Before fixing the slot aluminum, it is necessary to lay out the wire for positioning

　　偏差不能超過5mm

　　The deviation cannot exceed 5mm

　　槽鋁用M5x30抽心鋁拉釘固定

　　The groove aluminum is fixed with M5x30 center aluminum rivets

　　間接不超過300mm有門洞位置須設(shè)置雙拉釘

　　Double pull nails must be installed at doorways with an indirect distance not exceeding 300mm

　　間隔不超過50mm

　　Interval not exceeding 50mm

　?。?）T型吊梁固定吊碼沿放線位置定位間距不超過1.20mT型梁與連接彩鋼板固定時(shí)

　　(2) When fixing the T-beam with the hanging code along the laying out position, the positioning distance should not exceed 1.20m

　　必須用角鋁或角鐵壓緊不得留有空隙壓固體必須在兩塊彩鋼板連接縫之上

　　It must be compressed with angle aluminum or angle iron without leaving any gaps. The compressed solid must be above the joint between the two color steel plates

　?。?）風(fēng)口安裝天花上的風(fēng)口安裝要按圖紙施工

　　(3) The installation of air vents on the ceiling should be carried out according to the drawings

　　避開T型梁

　　墻體上的排、回風(fēng)口安裝要離地200mm

　　The installation of exhaust and return air vents on the wall should be 200mm above the ground

　?。?）外觀要求整體安裝需平直美觀不得有碰撞刮劃痕跡要到才能撕保護(hù)膜板縫連接平實(shí)板縫間距3-4mm打膠要滿縫平直不得有縫隙

　　(4) Appearance requirements: The overall installation should be straight and beautiful, without any collision or scratch marks. The protective film can only be torn off at the end. The board seam connection should be flat and solid, with a spacing of 3-4mm. Glue should be applied to the full seam, straight and without any gaps

　?。?）螺絲固定每一塊頂板與圍護(hù)板之間的固定必須有3顆鉆尾螺絲圍護(hù)板、立板之間連接處上下各有一顆拉釘固定邊施工邊固定板縫必須垂直

　　(5) Each screw fixing between the top plate and the enclosure plate must have 3 drilling tail screws. There must be one pull nail at the connection between the enclosure plate and the vertical plate, and one pull nail at the top and one at the bottom. The plate seam must be vertical while fixing during construction

　　(6) Installation of doors and windows

　　門窗的安裝位置和開啟方向按圖紙要求而定單開門盡量在同一塊彩鋼板上雙開門的中心線盡量在板縫連接處以便切下的彩鋼板做門板門窗的型材連接需嚴(yán)密不能有縫隙整體門拐留置尺寸必須統(tǒng)一

　　The installation position and opening direction of doors and windows should be in accordance with the requirements of the drawings. For order opening, the center line of the double door should be on the same color steel plate as much as possible, and the center line of the double door should be at the joint of the plate seam for easy cutting. The profile connection of the door panel and window should be tight and there should be no gaps. The overall door corner retention size must be uniform

　　（7）內(nèi)外圓弧固定與彩鋼板連接必須要嚴(yán)實(shí)外圓弧立柱不駁接內(nèi)圓弧連接點(diǎn)之間不錯(cuò)位縫隙嚴(yán)實(shí)/

　　(7) The connection between the inner and outer arc fixation and the color steel plate must be tight. The outer arc column should not be connected, and there should be no misalignment or gaps between the inner arc connection points/
