根據(jù)建筑實(shí)際立面設(shè)計(jì)和外墻技術(shù)要求，彈出門(mén)窗水平線、垂直控制線和裝飾縫線等，在建筑外陰陽(yáng)角和其他適當(dāng)處懸掛垂直基準(zhǔn)線和水平線，以確保安裝平整度和垂直度符合施工要求。

According to the actual facade design and external wall technical requirements of the building, draw horizontal lines, vertical control lines, and decorative stitching lines for doors and windows. Hang vertical reference lines and horizontal lines at the external corners and other appropriate positions of the building to ensure that the installation flatness and verticality meet the construction requirements.

3、鋪設(shè)施工

挑選合適的彩鋼巖棉復(fù)合板，規(guī)格和外觀尺寸偏差均在規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)，裁剪下料后，按設(shè)計(jì)要求選擇復(fù)合板橫向還是豎向布置（注意橫向布置時(shí)每塊板兩個(gè)卡件，豎向布置時(shí)板上下左右各一個(gè)卡件），并用膨脹螺栓錨卡件進(jìn)行固定，拼縫大小符合施工要求，板和氈的接頭對(duì)接一定要十分緊密，在多層保溫時(shí)各十字接縫應(yīng)交錯(cuò)分開(kāi)，避免形成熱橋和冷橋。

Select a suitable color steel rock wool composite board with specifications and dimensional deviations within the specified range. After cutting and cutting, choose whether to arrange the composite board horizontally or vertically according to the design requirements (note that there are two cards for each board when arranged horizontally, and one card for each board on the upper, lower, left, and right sides when arranged vertically), and fix it with expansion bolts anchor cards. 4、 涂抹膠粘劑

按比例要求配制彩鋼巖棉復(fù)合板專用膠粘劑，充分?jǐn)嚢韬蟮哪z粘劑應(yīng)色澤均勻、新鮮良好、稠度適宜，粘度要達(dá)到使剛粘貼上的巖棉板不會(huì)下垂。將配制好的膠粘劑按規(guī)定厚度，均勻地涂抹在巖棉板上，可采用條形點(diǎn)粘方式進(jìn)行粘接，以確保牢固可靠。

Prepare special adhesive for color steel rock wool composite board according to the proportion requirements. After thorough mixing, the adhesive should have a uniform color, good freshness, appropriate viscosity, and a viscosity that ensures that the newly pasted rock wool board will not sag. Apply the prepared adhesive evenly to the rock wool board according to the specified thickness, and use a strip point bonding method to ensure firmness and reliability.
