一，彩鋼活動(dòng)房因?yàn)槌Ｄ瓯┞对谧匀画h(huán)境中，要受到陽(yáng)光，雨水，強(qiáng)風(fēng)的侵蝕，并且自然界中的氧氣和水分會(huì)對(duì)彩鋼活動(dòng)房造成腐蝕，特別是空氣中的二氧化硫，會(huì)產(chǎn)生更嚴(yán)重的腐蝕，會(huì)對(duì)房子造成嚴(yán)重?fù)p害。所以在設(shè)計(jì)彩鋼活動(dòng)房的時(shí)候防腐問(wèn)題是一定要考慮的，目前常用的防腐辦法就是增加保護(hù)層，噴涂防銹油漆，這樣就能有效防止活動(dòng)房材料受腐。

三，彩鋼活動(dòng)房在實(shí)際的生產(chǎn)，運(yùn)輸以及拆卸的過(guò)程中，難免會(huì)發(fā)生變形情況，變形之后如果不經(jīng)過(guò)檢測(cè)就直接安裝的話，質(zhì)量就會(huì)出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題。所以在設(shè)計(jì)的時(shí)候要把變形限制控制在一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍內(nèi)，從而確保結(jié)構(gòu)的性。
3、 During the actual production, transportation and disassembly of color steel movable house, it is inevitable that deformation will occur. If it is installed directly without detection after deformation, there will be quality problems. Therefore, in the design, the deformation limit should be controlled within a standard range, so as to ensure the safety of the structure.
四，彩鋼活動(dòng)房安裝時(shí)要注意安裝的周邊環(huán)境是否合適，如果有兩層要注意兩層之間是否需要進(jìn)行埋件焊接，要嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行安裝，不能有漏焊或假焊的情況出現(xiàn)。
4、 When installing the color steel movable room, pay attention to whether the surrounding environment is appropriate. If there are two floors, pay attention to whether embedded parts welding is required between the two floors. The installation shall be carried out in strict accordance with the design requirements, and there shall be no missing welding or false welding.
五，如果需要進(jìn)行高空作業(yè)，安裝的時(shí)候要戴好裝置，提前做好防腐和排水處理，避免出現(xiàn)漏水情況。
5、 If high-altitude operation is required, safety devices shall be worn during installation, and anti-corrosion and drainage treatment shall be done in advance to avoid water leakage.
