一，彩鋼活動房因為常年暴露在自然環(huán)境中，要受到陽光，雨水，強風(fēng)的侵蝕，并且自然界中的氧氣和水分會對彩鋼活動房造成腐蝕，特別是空氣中的二氧化硫，會產(chǎn)生更嚴(yán)重的腐蝕，會對房子造成嚴(yán)重?fù)p害。所以在設(shè)計彩鋼活動房的時候防腐問題是一定要考慮的，目前常用的防腐辦法就是增加保護層，噴涂防銹油漆，這樣就能有效防止活動房材料受腐。

二，設(shè)計彩鋼活動房的時候還要考慮到節(jié)點附近構(gòu)件的變化，特別是在一些主要的節(jié)點，否則整個房屋的結(jié)構(gòu)都會受到影響。經(jīng)過研究表明好的連接方法就是接近鉸接，這樣受力會更加均勻，房屋結(jié)構(gòu)也會更加牢固。

三，彩鋼活動房在實際的生產(chǎn)，運輸以及拆卸的過程中，難免會發(fā)生變形情況，變形之后如果不經(jīng)過檢測就直接安裝的話，質(zhì)量就會出現(xiàn)問題。所以在設(shè)計的時候要把變形限制控制在一個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍內(nèi)，從而確保結(jié)構(gòu)的性。
3、 During the actual production, transportation and disassembly of color steel movable house, it is inevitable that deformation will occur. If it is installed directly without detection after deformation, there will be quality problems. Therefore, in the design, the deformation limit should be controlled within a standard range, so as to ensure the safety of the structure.
四，彩鋼活動房安裝時要注意安裝的周邊環(huán)境是否合適，如果有兩層要注意兩層之間是否需要進行埋件焊接，要嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)計要求進行安裝，不能有漏焊或假焊的情況出現(xiàn)。
4、 When installing the color steel movable room, pay attention to whether the surrounding environment is appropriate. If there are two floors, pay attention to whether embedded parts welding is required between the two floors. The installation shall be carried out in strict accordance with the design requirements, and there shall be no missing welding or false welding.
五，如果需要進行高空作業(yè)，安裝的時候要戴好裝置，提前做好防腐和排水處理，避免出現(xiàn)漏水情況。
5、 If high-altitude operation is required, safety devices shall be worn during installation, and anti-corrosion and drainage treatment shall be done in advance to avoid water leakage.
