活動板房下面共有10厘米厚的地坪，下面是8厘米的混凝土墊層，上面是2厘米的水泥砂漿地，上面固定了6厘米的方形鋼管立柱，立柱相連構(gòu)成整個屋架，然后把鍍鋅彩鋼板用螺栓固定在屋架上。鍍鋅彩鋼板厚80毫米，兩面是0.4毫米的鍍鋅鋼板，中間是泡沫一樣的聚苯材料，鋼板放水、防火、耐用，聚苯材料隔熱、保暖、輕便。彩鋼板是互相扣在一起的。

每九套板房設(shè)計一個取水房和廚房，房子和居民的房子大小一樣，取水房安裝大約15個水龍頭，廚房的灶臺施工時已經(jīng)砌好，上面能放6、7個灶具，基本可以讓九家同時做飯。施工時地下已經(jīng)鋪上了直徑200毫米的下水管道，廚房、取水房的下水口都已經(jīng)連通，整個安置點(diǎn)不會存污水。
Every nine plank houses are designed with a water intake room and kitchen. The house is the same size as the residents' house. About 15 taps are installed in the water intake room. The kitchen stove has been built during construction, and 6 or 7 stoves can be placed on it, which can basically allow nine families to cook at the same time. During the construction, a sewer pipe with a diameter of 200mm has been paved underground, the sewer outlets of the kitchen and water intake room have been connected, and the whole resettlement site will not store sewage.
這種活動板房有很強(qiáng)的抗震能力，使用3-5年后，還可以拆裝再用。目前，我們在安縣的施工點(diǎn)每天都要安裝完成數(shù)百套這樣的活動板房，在震后的廢墟上，這些嶄新的小屋已經(jīng)成為受災(zāi)群眾的溫暖新家。
This kind of movable plank house has strong seismic capacity and can be disassembled and reused after 3-5 years of use. At present, our construction site in Anxian county has to install hundreds of such movable plank houses every day. On the ruins after the earthquake, these brand-new huts have become a warm new home for the affected people.
