每九套板房設(shè)計一個取水房和廚房，房子和居民的房子大小一樣，取水房安裝大約15個水龍頭，廚房的灶臺施工時已經(jīng)砌好，上面能放6、7個灶具，基本可以讓九家同時做飯。施工時地下已經(jīng)鋪上了直徑200毫米的下水管道，廚房、取水房的下水口都已經(jīng)連通，整個安置點不會存污水。

A water intake room and a kitchen are designed for every nine board houses. The house is the same size as the residents' house. About 15 taps are installed in the water intake room. The kitchen stove has been built up during the construction. Six or seven stoves can be put on it, basically allowing nine families to cook at the same time. During the construction, a 200 mm diameter sewer has been laid underground, and the outlets of the kitchen and water intake room have been connected, so there will be no sewage in the whole resettlement site.

This kind of movable board house has strong seismic capacity, and can be disassembled and reused after 3-5 years of use.
