1.地基的硬度：在澆注底子前，要事前測量佳地基的硬度，如有地形特殊或地基硬度相次太大，務(wù)必作特殊處理，以確保板房能順利裝配和保障裝配后的質(zhì)量，如何特殊處理，與技能部溝通。

2.底子的程度：在底子澆注時(shí)，必定要測量佳程度，底子澆注完后，程度誤次操縱在10MM以內(nèi)。

3.混泥土標(biāo)號(hào)：大局部尺度板房底子為C20。平常情況下內(nèi)無鋼筋，如有地形、地基特殊情況或板房有特殊要求，應(yīng)以技能部出圖為準(zhǔn)。

4.底子澆注時(shí)間：彩鋼活動(dòng)房的底子澆注應(yīng)與慣例的混泥土澆注工藝一樣，不可減少工藝秩序。在底子澆注完成到板房裝配之間應(yīng)留有充沛時(shí)間，以確?；炷嗤恋竭_(dá)必定的硬度。

4. Base pouring time: the base pouring of color steel activity room should be the same as the conventional concrete pouring process, which can not reduce the process order. 5.要求：為保障裝配工期，裝配質(zhì)量和裝配后整潔美觀，在制造底子的同時(shí)，把室內(nèi)地面也一并澆注完成，程度高度與底子一樣，在板房裝配完成后，在室內(nèi)鋪地板既方便，又整潔，也不會(huì)影響板房的質(zhì)量和外觀。室內(nèi)地板的高度應(yīng)比底子程度高度高出50MM，以確保雨水不會(huì)流入室內(nèi)和地圈梁的堅(jiān)實(shí)水平。

5.
