彩鋼板具有輕質(zhì)、強(qiáng)度高、安裝便捷等特點(diǎn),目前廣泛用于地震等災(zāi)區(qū)群眾安置板房,廠房、倉(cāng)庫(kù)、商店、售貨亭以及建設(shè)工程施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)臨時(shí)性用房,特別一些高層建筑和大跨度建筑,應(yīng)用這種輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)造房的優(yōu)勢(shì)更為明顯。

1、對(duì)彩鋼板的火災(zāi)危險(xiǎn)性和火災(zāi)危害性認(rèn)識(shí)不足。彩鋼夾芯板以彩色涂層鋼板為面材,芯材主要有聚苯乙烯、聚氨酯、巖棉三種。前兩種是在兩層薄鋼板中間夾入不同厚度的聚苯乙烯(簡(jiǎn)稱苯板)或聚氨脂,這種材料一旦受到高溫火花或明火作用時(shí)立刻燃燒,因材料自身的蜂窩狀結(jié)構(gòu)決定了與空氣的接觸面加大,燃燒起來(lái)非常猛烈,撲救過(guò)程中,水和滅火劑只能噴到彩鋼板外面的鋼板上,不能直接作用于夾層里的燃燒物,且燃燒產(chǎn)物毒性特別大,易造成人員傷亡,此類材料因造價(jià)相對(duì)較低,非常受投資商或開(kāi)發(fā)商的青睞。后一種是在兩層薄鋼板中間夾入不同厚度的巖棉,該材料屬非燃燒材料,防火隔熱作用比較好,但因其造價(jià)相對(duì)高,一般投資商或開(kāi)發(fā)商都不愿使用。

2、部分彩鋼板建筑項(xiàng)目未經(jīng)消防審核、驗(yàn)收,致使彩鋼板建筑存在先天隱患。在建設(shè)中有的項(xiàng)目在設(shè)并未考慮防火設(shè)計(jì),或者雖有防火設(shè)計(jì)但在施工過(guò)程中未按圖施工,項(xiàng)目竣工后未經(jīng)消防驗(yàn)收,致使可以把關(guān)的幾個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都忽略了。
